Faraway Lumber is a locally owned company based in Longmont, Colorado. We design and build custom decks, pergolas and outdoor structures for homes across the state. Each project is planned around your property, built with quality materials, and made to withstand Colorado's climate. We manage every stage of the work, from initial design through completion.

  1. Site visit

    We come out, measure, and talk through how you want to use the space.

  2. Design and quote

    You get a drawing, a material choice and a clear price before anything is ordered.

  3. Build

    Our crew handles footings, framing and finish work, and keeps the site clean.

  4. Walkthrough

    We go over the finished build with you and show you how to care for it.
